This policy explains how Mow Money handles information when you play, save progress, view advertisements or make purchases.
Information collection and use
You can play without a player account. Your progress, gear balance, preferences and purchase receipt references are stored on your device. These records let the game resume your progress and prevent duplicate purchase delivery. Your operating system may back up the game save according to its settings.
The game asks for an age range, not a birth date, and you can choose not to say. The selected range stays on your device. It determines which privacy controls and advertising restrictions apply; the resulting restricted-ad flags are sent to the advertising service.
Gameplay analytics
Adults can opt in to Firebase Analytics in Settings. It measures sessions, progression, summaries of mowing activity, and ad or purchase-grant outcomes. Firebase may process app-instance identifiers and device or application information. Declining analytics does not limit gameplay.
We do not include your age range, payment details, purchase tokens or save contents in gameplay analytics. Firebase's advertising-related consent settings remain disabled. This is separate from the AdMob choices described below.
Advertising and purchases
Google AdMob provides banner ads and optional ads that earn game rewards. Google's consent tools present applicable advertising choices, which can be reopened from Settings when available. Ads wait for the age and consent checks. Remove Ads removes banners; voluntary rewarded ads remain available.
Depending on applicable settings and restrictions, advertising services may process IP addresses, device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and help prevent fraud. Restricted ads still involve data processing. See the provider disclosures under Service providers.
Google Play processes payments; the game does not receive payment-card details. To deliver purchases, the game temporarily processes a purchase token and saves a hashed receipt reference with the delivered items. Remove Ads can be restored through Google Play. Gear packs are consumable and their delivered balances are held locally.
Log data and crash reports
For adults, crash reporting is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings. Firebase Crashlytics and its native crash component process crash stacks, app and device details, diagnostic identifiers, and a limited set of error categories to help diagnose failures.
Reports may be stored on the device and sent on a later launch when the privacy settings and session eligibility permit. Turning reporting off stops new optional submissions and requests deletion of unsent reports. The app cannot recall reports already sent. Crash reporting is separate from analytics and is disabled for restricted players.
Cookies and similar storage
The game uses local files and settings to remember progress and privacy choices. Integrated Google services may use their own identifiers and local storage for consent, advertising, diagnostics or purchase processing. These are governed by the applicable in-game settings and the providers' disclosures; the game does not present a browser cookie control.
Opening our policy website is a separate visit covered by the website privacy policy.
Service providers
Mow Money uses Google AdMob for advertising, Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising choices, Firebase Analytics for opted-in adult gameplay metrics, Firebase Crashlytics for eligible diagnostic reporting, and Google Play for payment and purchase restoration. Their data processing depends on the service, device and configuration.
Security
Local game data relies on the protections of your device and operating system. Google documents encrypted network transport for the AdMob and Firebase data described in the linked disclosures. No storage or transmission method can eliminate every security risk; this policy does not promise absolute security.
Links to other sites
Links to Google or other services open sites operated by those providers. Their own privacy policies apply to those visits. Our website's policy describes visits to Orbitech separately from playing the game.
Children's privacy
Mow Money welcomes players of all ages. Players under 18 and players who do not provide an age receive restricted treatment: gameplay analytics and crash-report submissions are disabled, and advertising requests use child-directed and under-age flags with the most restrictive ad content rating. We do not operate player accounts, messaging or social profiles.
These restrictions do not mean ad services process no information. A parent or guardian with a privacy concern can use support@orbi.llc.
Retention, choices and deletion
Local progress, preferences and purchase receipt references remain on your device until they are replaced through play or removed by clearing application data. They are not stored in an Orbitech player account.
Settings contains the age range, analytics and crash controls, advertising privacy choices where applicable, purchase restoration and this policy. These controls are separate; changing one does not automatically change the others.
Starting a New Game resets progression but preserves remaining gears and Remove Ads. It does not delete all game data. Clearing application data removes local progress and settings; operating-system backups, if any, are managed separately. Delivered consumable gears cannot be recovered by the game after local data loss or on another device.
Contact support@orbi.llc for requests about information already processed by services. This account-free game has no account-based lookup of player data. Include the game name and the nature of your request. Do not send passwords, complete purchase tokens or payment-card details.
Crashlytics retains crash traces, extracted diagnostic data and associated identifiers for 90 days, then begins removing them from active and backup systems. See Firebase privacy and retention information. Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings; other Google services follow the purposes and retention rules described in Google’s retention policy. Turning off collection does not itself erase information already received by a provider.
Changes to this policy
We post updates at this address and revise the effective date. If a change requires an additional notice or a new privacy choice, we provide that notice or choice in connection with the change.
