This policy explains how Drift handles your game progress, preferences and other information. You can play without creating an account.
Information collection and use
Drift saves your school, companions, pearls, cosmetic choices, preferences and active outing so you can continue playing. Native versions store this information on your device. The browser version uses storage associated with the browser and the site address where you play.
Native and browser saves are separate. Another device, browser or site address has its own progress. Drift does not synchronize saves to an Orbitech account.
Log data
Drift does not send gameplay analytics or automatic crash reports to Orbitech. The game and operating system can produce local diagnostic output. If you choose to send details of a problem to support, we use the information you provide to understand and respond to that problem.
The browser version makes network requests to load game files. Those requests are separate from the progress stored in your browser.
Cookies and similar storage
Drift uses browser storage for saves and preferences, not advertising tracking. Clearing stored site data removes that browser's save. The game does not use an advertising-cookie service. Browsing the Orbitech showcase does not install the game's save storage.
Service providers
Drift's store uses earned pearls. The game does not show advertisements, charge real money or integrate an advertising, payment, gameplay-analytics or remote crash-reporting service.
Your operating system or browser manages local game storage and any backup features you enable. Visits to Orbitech are covered by the website privacy policy.
Security
Device and operating-system protections help protect native saves; browser-profile and device protections help protect browser saves. Access to your device or browser profile can affect your game data. No storage method eliminates every security risk or possibility of data loss.
Links to other sites
When you follow a link to another service, that service's privacy practices apply. The Orbitech website and support pages do not change how Drift stores local game progress.
Children's privacy
Drift does not ask players for a name, email address or birth date. It has no player messaging, social profiles, advertisements or automatic reporting services. Parents and guardians can contact support@orbi.llc with privacy questions or requests.
Retention, choices and deletion
Game progress remains in local storage until gameplay updates it or you remove it. New swim starts another outing while preserving your school and pearls; it is not a full deletion control.
Clear application data or the browser's stored site data to remove the corresponding local save. Manage operating-system or browser-profile backups separately. Orbitech does not keep an account-based copy from which to restore deleted progress.
To ask about information you share with support, contact support@orbi.llc. Include the game name and the nature of your request; do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Changes to this policy
We post changes on this page and update the effective date. Changes to data collection are accompanied by any notices or privacy choices they require.
